Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges must be done in person, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged. Regular wear and tear is expected and not a basis for a return or exchange. All jewelry is made of cheap and considered disposable – any exchanges may be done during an event at any time, including damaged jewelry. After the event at which it’s purchased, jewelry may no longer be returned or exchanged unless agreed upon prior to purchase (ie, getting the size right for a gift.)
